** Our Classics Cordials have no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and are gluten free.

**Love & Dewdrops are available in the cordial aisle of Woolworths in Qld.

A beautiful Rose Petal & Lime syrup, with a delicate fragrance and subtle refreshing flavour.

We like to mix it in a big jug with lots of ice, (Gin & Vodka optional!) throw in a few strawberries, a slice of lime, maybe a mint leaf or two. Sometimes we splash a little in champagne or pour a trickle over ice cream. Frozen, it makes fantastic (and natural) popsicles for the kids. A great addition tossed through fruit salad, used to make a sorbet or even add a splash to a trifle!

Honeydew melon, lime and bitters - a new twist on an old favourite! The Melon is sweet and the lime and bitters balances it perfectly! Dewdrops makes a perfect punch base, is a great sophisticated alternative to alcohol and ideal for picnics, luncheons or summer parties. (If you do spike it, then any white spirits are fabulous!) We love to add a great big squeeze of fresh lime! Dewdrops in a sorbet is amazing!

This refreshing and exotic Mango & Lime combination will have your taste buds dancing every time. The unmistakable fragrance and flavour of real mango is balanced with a slight lime tartness. Try this cordial as a delicious addition to sparkling wine

It is also wonderful as a mixer for any white spirits and great to use for cooking in desserts like sorbets, trifles and brulees.

Growing up on a TV diet of Gidget, Gilligan and Elvis movies, HULA was a cordial we had to make. The pineapple and coconut flavour is evocative of sun, surf and sand - just one sip will send you troppo! It’s a Pina-colada waiting to happen. We mix HULA in a blender with a dash of bacardi, lots of soda water, ice & mint and serve it as a long drink with a wedge of lime - a great summer party drink!!

This amazing chilli cooler cordial changed our lives and marked the formation of the Alchemy Cordial Company as our very first flavour. We tasted it at a dinner party in Byron Bay (where else?) and its clean refreshing taste and its sensational kick reminded us a little of the old brewed ginger beer Grandpa used to make!

Mix HEAT with any white spirit and soda, but beware - the bubbles make you sneeze!!

It’s another of our cordials that make a great sorbet and amazing ice blocks for kids or grownups.

This traditional cordial, stolen from Nanna’s recipe book, (along with her devilish chocolate cake) is made from fresh orange and lemon juice. Mixed with soda or mineral water and topped with a sprig of mint, its our choice in hot weather after some gardening or a game of tennis.

Try using the syrup to make a great citrus sorbet, add some zing by mixing it through a fruit salad, or heat it up and pour over poppy seed cake – yum!

You may notice the fruit pulp collects in the bottle neck - see we really do use fresh juice - just give the bottle a good shake before you pour it to distribute this yummy pulp through the cordial. (Its better than adding nasty emulsifiers!)
